Summary of Position Supervise and coordinate work activities of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics engaged in installing, operating and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Serve as project manager for contracted and in-house construction and renovation projects.

Required Qualifications

Required Education High School graduate or equivalent.

Required Work Experience Five years of experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration operations including three years of supervisory experience directly related to the trade.

Required Licenses and Certifications Must possess or be able to secure a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor license within one year from date of employment.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Preference will be given to those with an Associate's degree in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration or related field.
