The Department of Business Administration in the College of Business at Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) seeks qualified faculty candidates to fill a 9-month, tenure track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in Management, preferably with emphasis in Human Resource Management. The position start date will be August 2019 and a completed doctoral degree in Management, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred, or ABD. Applicants will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Management. The primary responsibility of this position is excellent teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels with a load of three, 3-hours courses in fall and spring semesters. Research in top-quality journals and service engagement on and off campus are also expected of faculty.

Auburn University at Montgomery is a coeducational public university located in Montgomery, Alabama. It is the metropolitan campus of Auburn University. AUM offers programs of study leading to Bachelor's, Master's and specialist degrees in Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Nursing, and Science. In addition, AUM offers Doctorates in the three programs in the conjunction with Auburn University. The university enrolls approximately 5,000 students, with an additional 10,000 enrolled in continuing education programs.
