Summary of Position Teach EDUC 435 undergraduate methods for Elementary/Middle School Health & Physical Education with a connection to state and national standards.
Ability to teach EDUC 435 class at the Flint and Lansing locations utilizing a combination of online learning management system (BlackBoard) and face-to-face instruction. Work collaboratively with other methods instructors and main campus School of Education. Observe and evaluate teacher education students in the field. Complete need evaluations for CAEP and HLC .

Required Qualifications
Required Education Bachelor's degree in Education with Physical Education/Health/Science majors or set of minors
AND
Master's degree in Education or related field.
Required Work Experience Five years K-12 teaching experience in areas of Physical Education, and/or Health.
Required Licenses and Certifications Valid State of MI teaching certificate.
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Experience teaching in post-secondary/college setting.
Experience utilizing online learning platform (BlackBoard, Desire2Learn, etc.).
