Summary of Position Teach AAS degree level course work in the College of Engineering Technology. Depending on qualifications, subjects taught could include manual drivelines, brakes, electrical, engines, steering and suspension, electronic fuel management, chassis electrical, automatic transmissions, heating ventilation and air conditioning, service area or automotive machining. A focus on student success is expected. Office hours are required with at least one hour for each class taught. Use of current technology is expected.

Required Qualifications
Required Education B.S. in Automotive Technology, education with an automotive emphasis or similar emphasis or equivalent coursework and/or experience.
Required Work Experience Minimum of three years experience in Automotive Service, Automotive Education or closely related field.
Required Licenses and Certifications ASE certified in areas taught.
