This position will maintain administrative oversight for intervention plans developed for students who experience behavioral or emotional concerns through a variety of interventions, referrals, and follow-up services. This position will also assist with the management and coordination of services aimed at assisting students with concerns that impact their success. Responsibilities will include needs assessment, data collection, record keeping, case management, consultation/collaboration with appropriate parties, and educational outreach.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in student affairs, higher education, psychology, sociology, counseling or other related field. Previous experience in a higher education setting. Understanding of issues facing college students. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Sound decision-making skills and ability to excise independent judgment. Crises management experience in a college/university environment. Comfort with and demonstrated commitment to diversity and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience and/or training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution in a college/university environment. Experience/knowledge in working with community agencies to provide support to students. Experience with Maxient's Conduct Manager software.
