Online Academic Program Planning Coordinator

This position will provide oversight and management for the administration of the online program development processes associated with onboarding new programs and courses, and planning for revisions of existing programs. Other duties include: prepare and track production and launch plans for all online programs and courses, providing departmental online program managers regular updates regarding progress towards planned objectives and course specific issues/concerns that require departmental assistance; create and maintain tracking documentation as needed in support of overall coordination of online course production development by cycle to inform organizational leaders for business decision making purposes; assist with the ongoing management of academic program planning.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree required in higher education or related field. Some experience working in a higher education setting. Distance learning or online program administration experience. Experience working with faculty and senior administrators in a professional and responsive manner. Excellent writing, computer and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize, clarify, and summarize succinctly complex and voluminous materials. Ability to problem solve. Ability to oversee projects. Attention to detail and an ability to effectively proofread. Ability to work independently on long-term projects. Ability to work with and coordinate the efforts of diverse groups of individuals and organizations within the University as well as outside.
