Digital Education is committed to leading the promotion, infusion, and support of technology-facilitated pedagogical innovation. This innovation is designed to aid faculty in enriching student learning experiences as a means to develop the intellect, character, and skills required for enlightened, ethical, and productive lives in the global community of the 21st century. Our team promotes and supports technology-enabled learning, with an interdisciplinary team and a broad range of services. We are currently seeking a Senior Instructional Technologist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the integration of digital technology into the College's curriculum and provide assistance to faculty to develop the methodologies and strategies for improving student learning outcomes using innovative technology strategies.
• Support traditional, hybrid and fully online courses through the use of instructional design pedagogy and education technologies.
• Manage and deliver face-to-face and/or online workshops, written materials, and online content.
• Coordinate and lead projects designed to assist faculty in using technology-based instructional efforts to create great courses.
• Develop and manage relationships with faculty to implement improvements to online courses and processes based on instructional "best practices".
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Instructional Technology or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have experience with educational/instructional technology software, Web Conferencing tools, multimedia development software, Quality Matters
