Duties and Responsibilities
Loyola University Chicago ( LUC ), College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for two full-time, non-tenure track, one-year positions at the rank of Instructor of Mathematics, beginning fall 2018. The department has several undergraduate degree programs in the mathematical sciences as well as masters programs in mathematics and applied statistics. Instructors are expected to teach introductory mathematics courses as well as courses in the department s mathematics degree programs. Teaching responsibilities will primarily be at the calculus and precalculus levels.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or M.S. degree in Mathematics and a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in teaching at all levels. The incumbent must also be willing to support the mission of LUC and the goals of a Jesuit Catholic Education.
