Program Support Specialist

Position Summary:
This position will support administrative work for Undergraduate Academic Programs, specifically the Offices of General Education and First Year Experiences. This includes producing committee agendas, minutes, and reports, managing internal grant documentation, scheduling and supporting workshops, tracking course proposal documentation through the approval process, writing articles and other communication materials including website, writing professional university documents, providing event support, and serving as communication liaison with University Relations.

Required Qualifications:
-Evidence managing or supporting complex long-term projects
-Professional writing experience
-Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets) and Microsoft Office skills
-Experience drafting professional documents

Preferred Qualifications:
-BS and/or MS in Communication, English or related field
-Proficiency with Adobe products
-Experience in web development and the CMS
-Experience working in a university environment
-Experience writing articles for a variety of media
