Summary of Position Teach undergraduate courses in Hospitality and Restaurant and Food Industry Management either face to face or on line. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience that instills in its students' knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry level and job advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis.

Required Qualifications

Required Education Bachelor degree in Hospitality or related field with progress being made toward a Masters degree.

Required Work Experience At least 5 years experience in field related to course work or in the hospitality industry.

Required Licenses and Certifications

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Masters degree, certifications related to coursework and previous post-secondary teaching to include traditional and mixed delivery courses preferred. Experience with Blackboard is a plus.
