GENERAL SUMMARY:This individual will contribute to Walden University's Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. Responsibilities. Candidates must have a strong commitment to making an impact and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Faculty Insights Tool (50%):

• Monitor usage and success measures.
• Drive engagement with faculty and leadership.
• Collaborate with program leaders to ensure access and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Center for Faculty Excellence to continuously improve reporting.

Project Management and Business Liaison:

• Establish strong working relationships with business units.
• Ensure business needs and support are communicated and prioritized.
• Act as liaison between Office of Institutional Research and Assessment and business units.

Process Development and Implementation:

• Assist in creating and implementing processes, including strategic planning and hiring.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
• May be required to travel up to 10% for work-related assignments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• PMP Certification (or work toward certification) preferred.
• Bachelor\u0027s degree and project management experience required.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Consultative skills such as workshop facilitation.
• Strong change management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors.
• In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a high degree of personal integrity and strong work ethic.
