The College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology is looking for a Assistant Professor of Clinical-Geo. This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities.

Duties will include responsibilities for the clinical, research and teaching missions of the division. Patient care responsibilities will include one half day outpatient clinics each week, 3 months of Indiana dialysis coverage and 12-14 weeks of inpatient or consult service each year, across all clinical locations, including a pro rata amount of on-call coverage, if applicable.

Duties will also encompass an active role in departmental fellowship programs, resident and medical student teaching (e.g., evaluating curriculum, instruction to residents and medical students, completion of required evaluations) and presentations at the local, regional and national level.

Other responsibilities include participating in departmental and/or divisional service meetings or conferences and active participation in developing plans for growing Division of Nephrology, Kidney CARE Program.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have an M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O. degree, and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.
