Position Description:

Responsible for identifying and securing new clients for Advance Iowa services throughout Iowa; drives awareness of services; develops a marketing and sales strategy to guide the business development process; maintains relationships with prospective and current clients and shareholders; maintains information in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software; meets with clients to serve as a coach and advisor; provides expertise to clients to assess their needs and assist them in addressing growth strategies and remedies to strategic problems; and collaborates with Advance Iowa staff on promotional materials across all meda for Advance Iowa's programming. Frequent travel will be necessary.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.

Required Qualifications:

At least three years of sales or business development experience required. Frequent travel will be necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and processes preferred.
