Program Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director for Advocacy and Support in Cranwell International Center ( CIC ) and is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and/or maintaining a wide range of support programs for the international student population, and serving as the Advisor to the Council of International Student Organizations ( CISO ).

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in higher education administration, counseling, student affairs, international studies, intercultural communication, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience advising student organizations
  • Demonstrated experience developing international student support programs
  • Demonstrated experience working with international students from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse population
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently


Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of international student development and cultural adjustment experience
  • Familiarity with international student immigration regulations
  • Fluency in a foreign language
  • Experience living or studying abroad
