Minimum Qualifications:
• High school or technical school diploma and previous copy/print center experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a modified schedule and/or Saturdays as needed during peak processing seasons.
• Experience operating high volume, networked print systems.
• Knowledge of various finishing operations and equipment.
• Strong computer and technology skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with image editing applications supported in the production facility.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively.
• Attention to detail a must; sound organizational skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with people of all backgrounds.
• Ability to accommodate multiple, conflicting demands for commitment and effort.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in a changing work place.
• Team orientation, flexibility, versatility, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a complex environment of constantly changing priorities.
• Ability to maintain good concentration level while dealing with interruptions; attention to details with emphasis on accuracy; capable of giving, receiving, and analyzing information, formulating work plans, and articulating goals and action plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or certification in graphic communications, imaging science, or printing technologies.
• Understanding of post office operations and USPS regulations.
• Prior experience working with Banner.
Physical Demands

• Reaching and extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
• Ability to bend and stoop.
• Ability to lift and carry short distances up to 50 lbs.
