Management Lecturer

To begin January 2019. This is a full-time, non-tenure track, faculty position. Responsibilities include (1) teaching human resource and organizational behavior courses (regular classroom, online, and distance learning settings); (2) significant service to the department and the university (advising students and student clubs/organizations, assessment, and coordinating activities with the student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM ); and (3) continuing education, scholarship, and /or professional development in human resource management and/or organizational behavior.

Minimum Qualifications - knowledge, skills, and abilities
Minimum qualifications include: MBA / MS (from an AACSB accredited institution). Recent mid- to senior-level experience in Human Resource Management and prior experience in teaching and/or training in Management Courses

Minimum Qualifications - Special licenses, registration or certification

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with current SHRM certifications ( SHRM - SCP or SHRM -CP), experience in a specialized area of human resource management (e.g., recruitment, training), and teaching experience in human resource management courses.
