Director of Annual Giving

This position will plan and implement strategies, develop visions, and provide leadership for the Annual Giving Programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in higher education, business administration, or related field or a bachelor's degree in related field with equivalent experience to a master's degree may be substituted. Considerable development experience in a higher education setting. Some volunteer management and fund-raising experience within an annual and capital campaign setting. Demonstrated experience with successful fundraising operations. Some experience with automated calling systems and campus campaigns. Several years of experience managing employees. Experience in purchasing and general fund-raising database management. Demonstrated ability to make annual leadership solicitations of a $1,000 or more. General knowledge of gift processing procedures, to include acknowledgement and pledge letters, in a nonprofit or higher education setting. Ability to transition to a fund-raising role as required.
