Tenure Track Assistant Professor, Mathematics



The Medaille College Department of Science, Mathematics and Technology invites applications for a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor of Mathematics position to begin August 2018. The position includes teaching mathematics and statistics from developmental through calculus courses that are primarily service courses in a growing program. A PhD in Mathematics or related field is required. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated commitment to excellence in college teaching and with expertise in statistics or computer science.

Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching in a small college setting and to the education of diverse populations, a perceived ability to work productively with students, and the ability to work effectively with others in a collegial environment dedicated to student learning.
