Financial Aid Technician

The Enrollment Management Division at Medaille College has an opportunity for a Financial Aid Technician. This position will support the management of all technology systems and processes used by the financial aid office. This person will assist the Director of Financial Aid with the set up and testing of the banner financial aid module. The Financial Aid Technician will also provide support and training to financial aid staff.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, plus three years' IT administrative. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's as well as experience working with Ellucian Banner or similar student information systems. The successful candidate will assist with management of the College's CRM software; as well as ensure continuous quality improvement of knowledge, processes, and procedures. Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
