Position Summary:
Provide hardware/software installation, technical support and user training during peak hours. Monitor laptop and desktop for problems. Perform inventory assessment of building workstations. Reformat, configure and install operating systems, software and patches on building workstations. Ability to keep detailed records of job status in Help Desk Tracking system. Must have a strong work ethic and organization skills to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing computer environments. Ability to communicate and interact with diverse clientele

Required Qualifications:
-Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 10 and Linux variations.
-Demonstrated working knowledge of network protocols and other hardware such as printers and scanners.
-Demonstrated experience troubleshooting software and hardware system errors and network installation/maintenance.
