Senior Program Support Technician

Position Summary:
Senior Program Support Technician supports operations of the Office of Undergraduate Education. This position serves as an administrative assistant and is responsible for website management, as well as supporting marketing, event planning, travel and visitors for the office. This position reports to the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience providing administrative support in an academic or professional office environment.
- Experience in website development and maintenance.
- Experience such as managing electronic media.
- Experience working with undergraduates and supporting undergraduate programs.
-Ability to generate creative and professional marketing materials that conform to organization's branding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently.
- Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
- Experience managing office operations.
- Experience working in an academic environment.
- Event planning experience.
- Experience using the HokieMart ordering system.
