POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Center for Transportation & Logistics-AgeLab, to join a multidisciplinary research team focused on investigating driver perceptions and behaviors associated with advanced driver assistance systems to support research projects related to vehicle technology, in-vehicle technology use, and the future of mobility. Primary responsibilities will center on problem identification, the development and testing of on-line questionnaires and interview guides, data collection (semi-structured interviews/Qualtrics), coding/transcription, analysis, reporting, and publication. The position may also involve proposal writing and other duties in support of the laboratory.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: a Ph.D. in sociology, anthropology, history, psychology, or another related field; experience developing interview scripts, conducting interviews or focus groups, and with the coding and analysis of qualitative data; experience developing questionnaire batteries or online surveys; experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis with a statistical package such as R, SPSS, or something similar; demonstrated attention to detail and exceptional communication and organization skills; experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); and a valid, current United States driver's license.
