The Instructional Program Manager-Early Childhood Education manages the assigned instructional program(s) and related community services, including related and particular administrative details and provides instruction in and teaching Early Childhood Education.

At a minimum the selected candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited institution with a graduate major concentration (minimum of eighteen (18) graduate semester hours) in Early Childhood Education (the education of children from birth to age 8) or related field. Three (3) years of experience teaching and/or administration in higher education. The preferred candidate will have a Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Early Childhood or related field from an accredited institution and at least three (3) years of experience working in Higher Education. Experience teaching in higher education, experience teaching in a K-5 classroom setting and leadership.
