Non-Tenure-Track Instructor, Management

The University of North Alabama invites applications for a non-tenure track Instructor of Management position within the Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business, beginning Fall 2018.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience working full-time in a senior level Human Resource Management generalist role.

The review of candidates will focus on their fit with our university, college, and department. Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate management courses, and may also include involvement in both student advising, institutional service, and professional research activities. Priority will be given to applicants with evidence of having previously taught in-person and/ or online HR management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
