Job Summary
Under the direction of the Zankel Managing Director & Conference and Event staff, the Summer Events Coordinator (SEC) will support summer operations (Zankel Presents events, Jazz Institute Concert Series, Decoda Chamber Music Institute, NYSSA School of Orchestral Studies, Mostly Modern Festival, & Berskshire Choral Festival) at the Zankel Music Center by coordinating and working in the box office and front of house for concerts and events. SEC will help manage box office and front of house staff, schedule this staff, enforce proper uniform policies, take attendance, and train. They will manage ticket sales and distribution prior to and during shows, and help coordinate smooth Front of House operations. Assist Managing Director and Events Coordinator in advertising/marketing for events and providing hospitality for artists. Act as a point of contact for Conference and Event staff and provide logistical support for all groups using the facilities, including the Mostly Modern Music Festival and Berkshire Choral.

Minimum Qualifications
Prior arts administration background. Night and Weekend availability a must.
