Qualifications for the position include: (1) an earned PhD by August 2019 in Management ( HRM and/or OB) with an emphasis in HRM , from an AACSB -accredited institution; (2) evidence of a strong research agenda (such as publications in refereed journals and/or peer-reviewed presentations at national and international conferences); and (3) evidence of teaching effectiveness. Preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate an emphasis in HRM research and/or teaching.
