Summary of Position Provide guidance and oversight in the areas of budgeting, financial and operational protocols for all areas within Auxiliary Enterprises. Provide direct support to the Bookstore and Printing Services for day to day operations.

Required Qualifications
Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Required Work Experience Five years of related work experience with two years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in several of the following areas: Budgeting, inventory management, POS systems, auditing, Blackboard Transact or similar system, Banner ERP or similar system.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered Master's Degree, CASP Certification.
Experience in higher education or similar industry; experience working with revenue generating operations.

Duties Review and/or develop internal controls for cash handling procedures for auxiliary operations including Printing Services, Katke Golf Course, Racquet and Fitness Center, Early Learning Center, and Dining Services. Review and perform audits on an ongoing basis.

Provide oversight of inventory management processes including procurement, inventory control, pricing, and SKU / PLU maintenance.
