POSITION:
Lecturer in Music: Part-time teaching assignments are available in areas commensurate with the applicant's education and experience. Teaching may include applied and/or class guitar, music technology instruction, or other specialty areas as needed. The person appointed to this position will primarily teach music major students in classroom settings. Other teaching areas may be assigned dependent upon qualifications of candidate and needs of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
MA or MM in Music with demonstrated capacity to teach effectively in the identified subject area. Candidates with a BM in Music and substantial teaching experience and demonstrated teaching proficiency in the desired area(s) will be considered under exceptional circumstances only.
