- Provide support to CRQ's Executive Director.
- Support logistics, create agendas, and take notes for center meetings.
- Create and submit expense reports and invoices to appropriate departments for reimbursement.
- Monitor and manage listserves.
- Assist in preparation of information/materials related to the Center for Research Quality.
- Maintain information for course catalog, databases, annual report, and course rosters.
- Facilitate responses in Center email role accounts.
- Answer incoming and making outbound calls, make travel arrangements for staff and administration, prepare other materials via Word, PowerPoint, Excel for meetings and other events.
- Order supplies and keep all office equipment operational.
- Support faculty and staff for the Center for Research Quality.
- Enter manual payments and complete monthly payroll audits.
- Support CRQ's Office of Student Research team with projects as assigned.
- Support CRQ's Grants and RDS Grants processes.
External Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's preferred, Master's highly desirable.
- Must have 1-3 years of Administrative experience. Customer Service Experience preferred.
- Must possess strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
