Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior/ Management


Brief Summary:

Marist College invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant /Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior to join the School of Management beginning fall, 2018. This tenure track position will involve teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses (including online courses) and maintaining a high level of professional activity through research and service in the candidate's area of emphasis. Marist College is a highly selective comprehensive private institution founded in the liberal arts noted for its leadership in the use of technology in and out of the classroom. Founded in 1929, Marist overlooks the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, New York, 75 miles north of New York City. Marist enrolls approximately 4,800 traditional undergraduate, 800 full and part-time graduate and 600 continuing education students. The School of Management enrolls approximately 1,200 undergraduate and 500 masters level students. Marist also has a branch campus in Florence, Italy, and extension sites throughout New York. Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be involved in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels while maintaining a high level of professional activity.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have a commitment to excellence in teaching and research and should have earned a doctorate in Organizational Behavior or a related field, or an anticipated completion date during the fall of 2018. Professional experience is also desirable.
