Job Summary | Position includes the following: -Registration for ED and Direct Admits -Copay/payment collection at time of service -Customer Service -Medical Records release of information -Front desk receptionist functions. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | High level of keyboarding accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain calm during stressful situations and provide excellent customer service. Ability to effectively prioritize work. Must have schedule flexibility. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Prior patient registration experience preferred. Customer service background such as retail, call center, hospitality, etc., also very helpful. |
