POSITION:
POSITION TITLE & DESCRIPTION: The Department of Computer Science invites applications
for a temporary teaching appointment. The person appointed to this position will teach introductory and
upper-division undergraduate courses in Computer Science, with the potential for a full-time load. This
position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:

A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Other minimum qualifications
include: undergraduate teaching experience.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:

A potential candidate's consideration will be enhanced by providing evidence of: Ph.D. in Computer
Science or a related field, or academic work beyond a Master's Degree (e.g., A.B.D.). Significant
experience teaching the upper division core curriculum in undergraduate computer science.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CLEARANCE NOTICE
The university requires a criminal background check to be completed for all of its new employees, current employees seeking
