Ticket Office/Passport Services Coordinator

The Ticket Office/Passport Services Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the Student Engagement and Campus Life Ticket Office and Squires Passport Acceptance Facility ( PAF ). This position works with university departments and student organizations to coordinate ticket sales for events, hiring, training and supervising student employees, and oversee the execution of applications for United States Passports. Additional focus of this position will be providing quality customer service and monitoring daily sales and deposits for both areas. The Ticket Office/Passport Services Coordinator is supervised by the Assistant Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience working in a high volume sales environment;
• Cash handling experience;
• Demonstrated customer service experience;
• Supervision experience
• Experience with Audience View ticketing systems or similar software
• Proficiency in general computer skills and Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
and/or administrative experience
• Experience with Banner Finance or similar
software
• Experience with billing events/ general
bookkeeping
• Experience working with and/or
supervising student employees
• Experience working in a Ticket or Box
Office
• Passport Agent Certification
