Generalist Psychologist

This position will provide counseling and counseling-related services to University students. This position will also provide mental health consultation and outreach services to the University community.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Ph.D/Psy.D) in counseling/clinical psychology from an APA -accredited program. Completion of a pre-doctoral internship at a university / college counseling center or mental health agency. Counseling experience in a comprehensive university / college counseling service or mental health agency. Experience as a psychologist/trainee in a university / college counseling center or in a mental health agency. Licensed or license eligible as a Psychologist (VA) within one year. Knowledge of college student development. Demonstrated ability to supervise mental health Psychology/Counseling trainees.

Preferred Qualifications
Internship in an IACS -accredited college or university counseling center.
