ITA Contract and Fixed Assets Administrator

Position Summary:
Provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Software Licensing Administration and IT Procurement and Licensing Solutions. This position is responsible for logging and tracking, electronic filing, contractual and regulatory research, organizing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulation and university policy, and providing support for complex RFP procurements. Work collaboratively with ITPALS management to facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate a comprehensive communications strategy. Create a communications program that supports the mission and goals of ITPALS . Assist Director of IT Business & Financial Affairs in managing fixed assets and ensures that additions, disposals, transfers, surplus, and home use equipment is monitored and duly recorded with appropriate signatures. As needed, provide back-up support to IT Procurement, Software Service Center and AISB Receiving.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience providing administrative support; experience with complex procurements and dealing with contractual obligations; strong writing, editing, and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills, which include the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with faculty and staff; ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment; demonstrated organizational and analytical skills; strong commitment to customer service in a public service environment; experience recognizing anomalous inaccuracies in documentation; demonstrated ability to use Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Professional.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with federal guidelines and university policies for contract and license agreements.
