Assistant/Associate Professor, Two Tenure Track Positions Available

Department of Administrative & Instructional Leadership



The Department of Administrative & Instructional Leadership is seeking applications for two positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor on tenure track.

Qualifications: An earned doctorate in educational leadership or related field is required, along with evidence of strong quantitative research skills successful leadership in a P-12 school/district/higher education in the United States, research productivity, and dedication to the development of innovative school leaders.

Responsibilities include teaching graduate courses in educational leadership at the main campus and satellite locations in the region, as well as online, providing academic advisement, internship supervision, mentoring doctoral students, and contributing to departmental activities and initiatives. Active engagement in research related to policy and social justice, strong quantitative skills, and a record of obtaining external funding are desirable.
