Albion College invites applications for the position of Instructional Technologist. The Instructional Technologist provides support for the use of technology to enhance campus-wide teaching, learning and research. This position provides instruction, training and resources for the application and effective use/integration of current and emerging instructional technologies through in-person individual and/or group training sessions, documentation and video tutorials.  The Instructional Technologist is the primary College resource for the learning management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required,  experience with MOODLE preferred
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in training preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with WordPress or other blogging platform
• Experience working in both Macintosh and PC based environments preferred
• Knowledge, and preferably experience, in 3D printing
• Experience with various social media platforms
• Audio visual and video experience is desired, including video conferencing solutions and set-up
