Psychology (Behavior Analysis EAB or ABA), Tenure-Track Faculty

The Department of Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University ( MTSU ) invites applications for a full-time, tenure track faculty position (#120110) in Behavior Analysis at the assistant/associate professor rank. We are looking to maintain our M.A. track in ABA while expanding undergraduate coursework. The start date for this position is August 1, 2018.

The position requires undergraduate and graduate teaching, thesis supervision, and the development of a research program. Teaching may include courses such as Learning Theories, Behavioral Methodology, Principles of Behavior Analysis, and Behavior Modification.

The Psychology Department has 36 tenure track faculty, 5 graduate programs (Clinical, Experimental, I/O, Quantitative, and School), 3 undergraduate majors, and 5 minors. The Clinical Psychology program prepares students for employment at the Master's level or to continue for doctoral study and includes a track in applied behavior analysis.

Required Education
PhD or PsyD in Behavior Analysis or other areas of psychology with at least 18 hours of graduate coursework in Behavioral Analysis or Board Certification by appointment date.

Candidates who are Board Certified Behavior Analysts will receive special consideration.
