MTSU's Department of Social Work is seeking applicants for two tenure-track faculty positions (Pos. #168090, 168120) at the rank of assistant/associate professor. Start date for the positions is August 1, 2018.

The Department of Social Work offers both the BSW and the MSW degree. Successful applicants must have the ability to teach in two or more social work content areas.

Required Education
Master's in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program along with a PhD in Social Work or closely related field. All requirements for the doctorate must be completed by 08/01/2018.

Required Related Experience
Minimum of 2 years Post- MSW social work practice experience and prior teaching experience in a CSWE accredited program.

Required License/Registration/Certification
Other Desirable
Applicants who posses demonstrated ability to develop a productive research agenda as evidenced by a record of peer-reviewed publications and successful grant applications for funded research will receive special consideration.
