Assistant Bursar

Medaille College is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Bursar who will interact with students and parents to collect on tuition bills assist with billing and financial aid questions and payment options. The candidate will perform account receivable functions; posting payments on student bills, posting financial aid including; TAP and student loans, post cash, check and credit card receipts from other departments at the college. The Assistant Bursar will be a team player relative to accomplishing all the functions of the Student Accounts Office and working with other departments at the College.

The successful candidate must possess excellent mathematical, organizational, communication/interpersonal skills and computer competency (Word, Excel, data-entry), as well as be highly detail oriented. Three years' work experience required. Experience with Banner Software preferred.
