Description/Job Summary
(12 month contract)
A coordinator is responsible for:
  • Organize and manage services within two weeks of the award to student
  • Organize and manage services with the Student Accounting office
  • Create newsletter for students and stakeholders
  • Plan and administer student workshops for students and stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other reports as directed by grant.
  • Monitor student during their tenure in the grant.
  • Other duties as assigned by ECE Coordinator.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
  • Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum of one year's work in grants or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualification
  • One year experience preferred
  • Experience in an institution of Higher Education
