Head Coach Women's Soccer/Student Services Coordinator

Medaille College is accepting applications for a Head Coach Women's Soccer/Student Services Coordinator. This is a 12 month position. The Women's Head Soccer Coach is responsible for initiating and administrating all of the aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling of team activities and competition, training, academic monitoring, budget monitoring and fundraising. The Coordinator will provide academic support and monitoring to student-athletes and additional programming support to increase student-involvement and retention. The Coordinator will also work with student-athletes regarding academic performance, eligibility and skills necessary for academic success.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. A strong commitment to the student-athlete concept and a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. Three to five years of coaching experience at the college level is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, coaching and recruiting skills are required. Candidate must endorse the mission of Medaille College, understand and respect the laws of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) and the NCAA DIII bylaws.
