Head Coach Men\u2019s Lacrosse\/Equipment Manager

Head Coach Men's Lacrosse/Equipment Manager

Medaille College seeks a Head Coach Men's Lacrosse/Equipment Manager.This is a 12 month position. The Men's Head Lacrosse Coach is responsible for initiating and administrating all of the aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling of team activities and competition, training, academic monitoring, budget monitoring and fundraising. The Equipment Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and organizing programs for maintaining and purchasing athletic equipment and apparel for all teams.

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. A strong commitment to the student-athlete concept and a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. Three to five years of coaching experience at the college level is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, coaching and recruiting skills are required. Candidate must endorse the mission of Medaille College, understand and respect the laws of the AMCC, NEAC, and the NCAA DIII bylaws.
