The Department of Orthodontics, University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, invites applications for a full-time, Tenure or Clinician-Educator track position, available at the Assistant or Associate Professor level effective November 1, 2017.
This position calls for a person who, through excellence in teaching, research, and clinical practice in Orthodontics, is able to build and maintain the department's reputation nationally and internationally through leadership and direction of department activities, including pre- and postdoctoral education programs, research and service to the community. The position of Postdoctoral Program Director may be available for suitable candidate. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous teaching and research experiences. The successful candidate must have a DDS / DMD or equivalent degree, completed a CODA accredited postdoctoral orthodontic program, and should be a diplomate of the ABO . Clinical practice within the University is available.
