Faculty Support Specialist

Medaille College is accepting applications for a Faculty Support Specialist. The Faculty Support Specialist is primarily responsible for acting as the interface between faculty and the course management software applications used at the undergraduate and graduate level in both in-class and online environments. The Faculty Support Specialist reports to the Dean of Adult, Graduate and Online Learning. This position is full-time, and located primarily at the Buffalo campus. Travel may be required to satellite locations as needed. Telecommuting may be authorized.

Bachelor's degree and three years' experience in academic support is preferred. Successful candidates should demonstrate effective communication/interpersonal skills, ability to train new course writers, and have a working knowledge of Banner and Blackboard.
