Bucknell University is looking for a creative, imaginative Senior Video Production Specialist — a leader who can manage one video specialist and develop video projects with our content development team to convey brand messaging through our digital media platforms. The Senior Video Production Specialist will develop and implement a video strategy, and work as part of a highly collaborative team to conceptualize, create and deploy video to enhance digital content, as well as targeted social media content. This role requires consensus building across marketing, brand and subject matter experts.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Film, Video Production and at least 5 years' professional experience shooting and editing video, and operating sound, lighting and editing equipment including Adobe After Effects, Motion, Illustrator, Premiere and Photoshop OR 9 years of experience in lieu of educational requirement
• Advanced knowledge of current post-production techniques, along with editing skills.
• Demonstrated technical production skills and project management capability in order to guide the video production process from concept through final delivery
• Experience in file compression and graphics manipulation
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories and influence behavior/decisionmaking through video
• Understanding of emerging technologies in video production
• Demonstrated ability to plan and perform video post-production tasks including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment and color correction
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, creatively solve problems and manage multiple projects
• Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
• Valid and current driver's license

Other requirements:
• Willing to work a varied scheduled that may include travel, and some nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with social media/marketing campaign development and execution
• Experience managing a staff
• Experience producing virtual and augmented reality projects
• Familiar working in mobile platforms such as iMovie, 360 video, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram
• Experience with illustration, 3D motion graphics, graphic design, animation
• Proficiency in writing scripts for brand awareness, training scenario and story-based videos

Physical Demands:
• The ablity to lift and carry up to 35 pounds of production equipment
