Position Summary:
The Department of Biomedical Sciences and Pathobiology at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for an assistant or associate faculty position in Veterinary Anatomy. This 12-month position is offered as either a collegiate (non-tenure track) or tenure-track appointment, depending on the candidate's qualifications and desires. The collegiate track instructional commitment will involve major assistance in laboratory instruction of veterinary anatomy to DVM students, with additional commitment to didactic teaching in the undergraduate or graduate (non- DVM ) arenas; some contribution to committee service will also be expected. The tenure track position will again involve major assistance in laboratory instruction of veterinary anatomy ( DVM ), and will also include significant research effort and additional instruction in the non- DVM arenas as well as some committee service.

Required Qualifications:
Successful applicants must have a DVM or equivalent degree; demonstrated aptitude and experience in teaching veterinary gross anatomy and its clinical application are preferred.
