Assistant Professor, Psychology

Medaille College invites applications for a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor of Psychology position to begin August 2017. The position requires a Ph.D. in the field of psychology and at least one full year of teaching experience at the undergraduate level. However, the preferred candidate will be prepared to teach a combination of both undergraduate and/or graduate psychology courses. The department is seeking a generalist, but those with specific training in Developmental Psychology are particularly encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching in a small college setting and to the education of diverse populations, a perceived ability to work productively with students, and the ability to work effectively with others in a collegial environment dedicated to student learning.
