The Coordinator of Technology and Data Analysis is responsible for providing data, analysis, and projections for strategic recruitment and enrollment planning for admissions and financial aid departments. This position provides program, system development, and reporting support to assist with data and technical needs. This position services as Admission's primary liaison with the Institutional Technologies Services department. Hardware inventory, data workflow protocols, and project planning and implementation are additional responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree or a bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to a master's degree. Progressively responsible and successful experience in data management and analysis. Knowledge of and experience in higher education, relational databases, IT enterprise development, management and reporting. Experience with integrated student information systems. Demonstrated knowledge and use of statistical tools such as SPSS and SAS . Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Experience in project management. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to mediate multiple perspectives and reach resolution. Excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Access.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or a bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to a master's degree in a related degree subject (statistics, computer science, or information technology). Banner experience. Customer Relation Management ( CRM ) system experience.
