Position Description:

Assists head coach with coaching duties during practice sessions and competitions with an emphasis in horizontal jumps, pole vault and/or multis; coordinates recruiting activities; travels with the team to all contests as directed; directs preparation for home meets; participates in fundraising activities; and performs other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of collegiate track and field coaching experience in horizontal jumps, pole vault and/or multis required. Student or volunteer experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference and the University of Northern Iowa.
